This role offers you the chance to engage with both new and returning clients, using your auto insurance expertise to provide tailored recommendations that maximize coverage. You will process renewals and cancellations meticulously and maintain high standards using in-house CRM systems, ensuring client information remains accurate and confidential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with precision

• Assess product terms and provide tailored insurance solutions

• Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems

• Engage clients through consultative in-person or phone interactions

• Meet sales and retention targets while upholding values

Requirements:

• Level 1 BC General Insurance License

• Insurance industry experience is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous sales experience preferred
