Position: Marine Security Guard for Securiguard

Securiguard is looking for Marine Security Guards at BC ferry terminals. Ensure the safety of passengers while immersed in the breathtaking coastal scenery.

This dynamic role involves engaging with travelers and providing support as they navigate ferry services. You'll be responsible for conducting patrols, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and responding to safety concerns effectively. A valid BC Security Licence and a strong service orientation are essential in this customer-facing position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol ferry terminals and vessels for safety

• Communicate clearly with passengers and staff

• Provide customer service and assistance as needed

• Document incidents and daily activities accurately

• Identify and report safety hazards promptly

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Licence is necessary

• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel

• Physically able to stand and walk for full shifts

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently outdoors in different weather
