Security Team Member at CSBP

Secure guests and experiences at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park as a dedicated Security Team Member. This on-call role emphasizes safety, monitoring, and teamwork over the summer season.

In this position, you will engage actively with guests while ensuring a secure environment. Your proactive involvement will feature emergency response, daily reporting, and collaboration with the Operations team to elevate guest experiences. Valid security certification and strong interpersonal skills are key assets for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety through vigilant patrols and monitoring

• Address emergencies and guest concerns promptly

• Maintain secure access points throughout the park

• Record daily incidents and safety observations

• Guide guest communication and support parking tasks

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Security certificate

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• First Aid Certification Level 1 needed

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills required
