Securiguard is seeking a dedicated Site Security & Safety Supervisor to oversee security operations. This role demands solid managerial experience, teamwork abilities, and effective communication with clients, employees, and visitors. You will mentor security officers and foster a professional environment while responding to emergencies and addressing security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of security officer performance

• mentor and evaluate security staff on-site

• Submit detailed daily shift and incident reports

• Establish strong working relationships with clients

• Coordinate and direct emergency response protocols

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent completion

• 1 year supervisory experience in security

• Valid BC Security License and completed BST

• Strong command of English, both written and oral

• Access to reliable vehicle and BC driver's license
