In this key role, you will employ loss prevention techniques to protect the assets of Sephora while collaborating with the store leadership team. Your responsibilities include conducting surveillance, preparing theft incident reports, and training staff on loss prevention awareness. You'll partner with law enforcement and assist in audits to minimize shrinkage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance and use CCTV for theft prevention

• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and audits

• Develop relationships with local law enforcement and retailers

• Train new hires on loss prevention practices

• Perform self-audits and safety inspections regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• High school diploma or equivalent
