We are currently seeking rock star landscapers for our growing company. We are looking for skilled hardscapers, landscape installers, paverlayers, brick layers, anyone with landscape construction experience. Building dream backyards for customers which includes but is not limited to:
Retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod install, paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, planting, etc. Work across 3-4 trades, work and learn: concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, planting, artificial turf, etc.

We provide hardscaping (designing, building), gardening & planting, as well as snow & ice management services to our customers. We are looking for team members to contribute to a variety of landscape construction tasks, including but not limited to:

• Retaining walls, artificial grass installation, decks, fences, sod install, paving stones, walkways, driveways
• Excavation and site preparation
• Planting and irrigation setup
• Supporting work across multiple trades (concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, planting, artificial turf)

• Driver's license and ability to drive pickup trucks is preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to drive a trailer, 10-14 ft
• Experience with landscape construction: 2 years, experience running a crew of 1-3 people (required for this role)
• Preferably proficient in multiple aspects of the industry (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
• Eager to learn the craft
• Reliability & time management skills
