This full-time permanent position requires you to shape and oversee community services for children and youth, ensuring they meet trauma-informed and culturally appropriate standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop culturally relevant service delivery models
• Ensure timely completion of performance reviews
• Guide integrated case management and referral processes
• Manage programming compliance with MCFD funding
• Engage community members in service evaluation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or equivalent
• 5+ years in family services, including neurodiversity
• 3+ years in supervisory roles
• Experience in Indigenous cultural practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
