Licensed Residential Home Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily care operations for youth in residential settings

• Supervise programming and staff of care personnel

• Monitor budget adherence and prepare financial documentation

• Collaborate with the Clinical Team for service plan development

• Ensure compliance with all safety and health standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant human services field

• At least three years of related experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• First Aid and CPR certifications mandatory

• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License required
