Strive Living Society is seeking a compassionate individual for its North/West Vancouver location. This part-time role emphasizes behavior management in a two-to-one care setting. Applicants should be ready to work Sunday to Monday and have experience with developmental and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support behavior management for children and youth

• Facilitate activities in both residential and community settings

• Maintain effective communication and documentation

• Follow health care plans and personal protocols

• Assist in transporting individuals to appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Class 5 BC Driver's License and clean abstract

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Positive Behaviour Management Training

• Criminal Record Clearance required
