As a Program Resource Worker, you will report to the Site Manager and engage with guests, providing assistance and overseeing activities.
Your role involves managing medication, facilitating daily living activities, and supporting guests in navigating community resources. You will also work in collaboration with a dedicated team to ensure the well-being of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with accessing community resources and services
• Administer and remind clients about medication as needed
• Support clients with daily living tasks and activities
• Participate in social and recreational activities with guests
• Observe and ensure safety within the facility
Requirements:
• Related certificate or minimum Grade 12 with 2 years experience
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Familiarity with community services for mental health
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Clean Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector
