Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a medium-sized product domain on Service Cloud

• Serve as subject matter expert in your product area

• Debug complex systems effectively

• Mentor peers through code reviews and pair programming

• Contribute to team standards and technical design

Requirements:

• 5+ years Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud experience

• Proficient in Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components

• Expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform evolution

• Knowledge of Git, Git Hub, and CI/CD practices
