Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop Contact Centre technologies and enterprise apps

• Implement and configure Genesys Cloud CX features effectively

• Develop APIs and integrations using REST, JSON, and OAuth

• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB

• Engage in telephony routing and omnichannel technology projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Genesys Cloud CX administration

• Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems

• Proven experience in API and integration development

• Familiarity with contact centre modernization

• Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX are a plus
