• Translate objectives into clear, actionable plans
• Address integration challenges with multi-functional teams

• Lead the creation and analysis of KPIs for system performance
Requirements:
• 5+ years in robotics or software engineering
• Experience with Python and/or C++ software development
• Hands-on knowledge of ROS/ROS2 technologies
• Proven ability to lead project teams effectively
• Strong analytical and communication skills
