Location: SecheltPosition is expected to work approximately 2-3 days per week.
All of our field staff are provided with:
Safety gear including company boot (allowance), vests, glasses, etcPaid Training, and after the initial classroom training and field training employees will be transitioned to being paid on a piece work basis which allows most of our employees to earn in excess of $30+/hour!Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for reading utility meters and recording volume used by residential and commercial consumers to ensure accurate consumption and billing. May perform visual meter inspection to assess the condition and overall operation of the meter and note any visible defects or issues.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s licenseMust successfully pass pre-employment screenings: background check and driving recordMust have access to your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licenseMust be able to walk up to 10-15 miles per day while reading meters accuratelyWorking Conditions and
Hours:
Day shift hours, between Monday-FridayOutdoor work environmentLittle supervision to give you freedom to work independently and manage your own dayKnowledge and Abilities:
