Candidates must hold a valid 150T Certificate of Competency along with a solid background in marine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe marine transfers for passengers

• Enforce compliance with marine regulations

• Facilitate crew development and mentorship

• Communicate effectively with the crew and clients

• Operate under varying weather conditions

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada - 150T Certificate of Competency

• Valid Seafarers Medical certificate

• Valid MED or STCW certifications

• At least three years of maritime experience

• Ability to work in extreme weather and physical conditions
