Jetson Inventory Operations Analyst

Become an Inventory Operations Analyst at Jetson, where your expertise will ensure precision in inventory management across our growing warehouses. This role focuses on accuracy, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity through effective data stewardship in Net Suite and Arena. You'll collaborate with various teams to address inventory discrepancies and drive efficient operational workflows that support Jetson’s mission for sustainable energy. Your analytical skills will be vital as we scale into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate inventory records across warehouse locations

• Post adjustments for cycle count variances in Net Suite

• Support new warehouse openings and inventory seeding

• Investigate receiving discrepancies for logistical accuracy

• Facilitate corrective actions for consistent inventory challenges

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations

• Strong proficiency in Net Suite;
Arena PLM desirable

• Background in cycle counting and reconciliation processes

• High attention to detail with data handling

• Knowledge of WMS tools or RF scanners a plus
