Be a key player at Jetson as a Net Suite Operations Specialist in North Vancouver. This role emphasizes meticulous management of inventory processes and cross-functional collaboration.

In this position, you will take charge of various aspects of Jetson's SCM within Net Suite, including inventory accuracy, purchasing management, and fulfillment logistics. Your work will directly impact our journey towards sustainable energy by ensuring operational excellence through the Net Suite platform and tailored integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise inventory records across multiple locations

• Oversee the purchasing process and bill management

• Manage all facets of order fulfillment and returns

• Execute multi-location stock transfers and accounting

• Create actionable reports and dashboards for operational teams

Requirements:

• 6–8+ years administering Net Suite SCM systems

• Strong understanding of inventory management and costing

• Experience in physical-goods operations, including warehousing

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Knowledge of integration solutions and AI tools
