Are you a passionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner looking to make a real difference in patient care? We are now looking to welcome a dedicated & experienced Nurse Practitioner to join us in providing on-the-day treatment and urgent care services.

You will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to:

• Provide on-the-day clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute presentations
• Support patients with minor illness, urgent needs, and exacerbations of long-term conditions
• Play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction
• This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week
• Applications for a job share arrangement will also be considered
• The salary for this role is between £45k - £60k pro rata depending on experience

Were Looking For:

• A qualified and registered Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in primary care or urgent care settings (essential)
• Confidence in independent prescribing and decision-making
• A compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented approach
