Part Time - Permeant - 21 hours / 3 Days per week

Are you a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Broadacres Housing Association is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Property Services team in Northallerton.

Role Purpose

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our property services department. From handling phone calls and emails, to actioning invoices and co-ordinating contractor compliance, you will be the backbone of our team.

In addition to providing top-notch administrative support, you will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, contractors and colleagues. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those living in our homes.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property services or housing association setting, is highly desirable.
