Construction Supervisor; Highways

Construction Supervisor (Highways) needed in Northallerton, £22.02ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1659740

Hands‑on Construction Supervisor to support the delivery of planned maintenance projects across a diverse estate of public and commercial properties.

This role involves working on site across North Yorkshire supervising multi‑trade teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing project delivery to high standards, on time and within budget.

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction and highways maintenance activities
• Manage site documentation, resources, and contractor liaison
• Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Line manage operatives and support their development
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
