Are you looking to join an established business who offer a great deal of perks?
This is a great opportunity to join my Northallerton as my client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on a full time and permanent basis.
As the successful candidate you will be customer focussed and have excellent communication skills and are fully competent in all Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to bespoke ERP system.
Duties will include:
- Order Processing across 3 commercial divisions
- Handling after sales enquiries, providing customers with contract balances
- Handling inbound telephone calls
- Working with production sites to effectively plan workload working to agreed SLA's
- Complaint resolution
- Administrative duties as required
Desired skills and experience:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer service experience within a Commercial environment.
- Creative thinker able to challenge established ways of doing things.
- Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.
