We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects through all RIBA work stages and manage client relationships within our Architecture & Sustainability team.

• Lead architectural projects from conception to completion
• Manage clients and multidisciplinary project teams
• Produce and review planning, regulatory and construction information
• Undertake site inspections and project meetings
• Support compliance with CDM and Building Safety requirements
• Manage programmes, fees and resources while promoting sustainable design solutions

• ARB registered architect with RIBA Parts I, II and III
• Significant post-qualification experience in the UK
• Experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
• Strong technical, specification and project leadership skills
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence
