The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusion and have a strong understanding of supporting pupils with SEND. They will be committed to securing the highest standards of teaching, learning and wellbeing, ensuring that every child isknown, valued and able to thrive.

You will havea proven ability to lead school improvement, improve outcomes for all pupilsand work collaboratively with staff, governors, parents and external partners.

With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will uniteour community behind a shared ambition for excellence while nurturing the warm,supportive culture that makes Alverton such a special place to learn and work.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach,demonstrating the resilience, financial awareness and determination needed tolead the school confidently through its next phase of development
