Ensuredevelopmentscomplywithcurrentlegislationandplanningobligations. Project Delivery Technical Manager Supportthepre-constructionandconstructionteamswithtechnicaladvice. Attendprojectanddesignteammeetings. Resolvetechnicalqueriesraisedduringconstruction. Managedesignchangeswhileminimisingprogrammeandcostimpacts. Coordinatethereleaseofconstructioninformationinlinewithbuildprogrammes. Risk Management Technical Manager Identifyandmanagetechnicalrisksthroughoutthedevelopmentlifecycle. Ensurecompliancewithcurrent Building Regulations ,the Building Safety Act ,NHBCrequirements,andhealthandsafetylegislation. Monitorconsultantperformanceandtechnicalqualitystandards. Budget Management Controlconsultantappointmentsandfees. Monitortechnicalbudgets. Identifyopportunitiesforvalueengineeringwithoutcompromisingqualityorcompliance. Stakeholder Management Technical Manager Developstrongworkingrelationshipswithinternaldepartmentsincluding Land,Commercial,Construction,Sales,Customer Care,and Planning. Manageexternalconsultantsandspecialistcontractors. Representthecompanyatmeetingswithlocalauthoritiesandstatutorybodies.
Quality Assurance Technical Manager Ensuretechnicaldocumentationiscompleteandaccurate. Supportqualityinspectionsandresolvetechnicaldefects. Contributetocontinuousimprovementoftechnicalstandardsandprocesses.
