As a limited company wholly owned by North Yorkshire Council, we take a collaborative approach to the way we work. Our services span Architecture, Sustainability, Building Surveying, Project Management, Civil and Structural Engineering, Transport Planning, Bridges, Highways and Drainage Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, CDM, and Property Advisory and Estate Management.

We are dynamic and diverse in our approach to projects, our services range from valuing small gardens to working on multi-million-pound listed structures including schools, fire stations, care homes and other public and commercial buildings across the UK. We are in continuous development of new projects with North Yorkshire Council and other public and private sector clients, and it is an exciting time to join us as we continue to evolve.
