Your new role
The Talent and Development Assistant plays a key role in supporting the attraction, onboarding and training of employees across the UK organisation.

The role provides administrative and operational support for recruitment, onboarding, and
learning and development activities, ensuring employees and candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout their journey with the business.
The role holder will support the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate and deliver onboarding activities, maintain training systems and records and assist in developing workforce capability through effective learning and development administration.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, learning and development, or people-related role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive data appropriately.
Experience maintaining databases, systems, or records accurately.
