Location:
Northallerton/Hybrid Your new organisation North Yorkshire Police (NYP) and North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (NYFRS) deliver vital, high-impact services to communities across the region. Working closely with the Policing, Fire and Crime Function of the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, both organisations are investing in modern, collaborative and digitally-enabled ways of working. To support this ambition, they are seeking an innovative Director of ICT to lead the strategic transformation and delivery of Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) across both services.
Your new role As the Director of ICT, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver modern, resilient and cutting-edge technology solutions. Your leadership will enable agile, innovative and responsive policing and fire services, ensuring the ICT function remains one step ahead of operational need. This is a highly influential role where your leadership will directly support frontline capability and long-term organisational resilience.
