BSL is seeking a Demand Management Team Leader to coordinate and supervise the Demand Management group ensuring inventory and asset demands meet contractual requirements within timescales and budgets.
The role requires leadership to motivate and develop the team, ensure documentation is maintained, and compliance with SHE, quality and other regulations. You will drive reporting, risk management and continuous improvement across Demand Management processes.
