Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting Production Supervisors for a growing food manufacturing business. Two positions will oversee a dedicated production area, leading a small team to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with food safety standards.
You will be hands-on, supporting, developing and motivating staff to hit production targets on a 40-hour shift between 6.30am and 4.30pm, with opportunities to improve processes and reporting to senior management.
