Are you an experienced Quarry Supervisor, Assistant Quarry Manager, Production Manager or Section Manager looking for a fresh challenge?

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Quarry Supervisor to take ownership of quarrying operations at Tarmac's Killerby Quarry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy quarry with full operational accountability. Youll manage, coach and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence as well as having the opportunity to influence business performance through KPIs, budgets and operational strategy.

What Youll Be Doing

As Quarry Supervisor you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable management of all quarrying operations on site. As well as leading, coaching and developing a skilled and motivated operational team, safety, compliance and operational performance will be at the heart of everything you do.
