Outdoor Activity Instructor​/Group Leader

We're proud to be Living Wage accredited, meaning we pay well above the national minimum wage. The pay rate is £12.60 per hour, with the opportunity for paid overtime during peak periods (6‑day working).

Full‑time fixed‑term contracts run from April until October/November 2026, with varying start and end dates available.

Accommodation and meal packages are optional and offered at a generous rate with zero charge for bills or utilities.

As an Activity Instructor / Group Leader, you will work with kids in an energetic environment, running activity sessions, lighting campfires, taking groups for meals, building shelters, checking equipment, telling daft jokes, comforting a home‑sick guest, and lending a helping hand to your hospitality colleagues.

• Run activity sessions for children
• Light campfires and supervise fire safety
• Lead groups to meals and manage group dynamics
• Build shelters and maintain camp infrastructure
• Check equipment and ensure safety standards
• Provide entertainment and support to campers
• Comfort home‑sick guests and support wellbeing
• Assist hospitality staff in daily operations
