Retail Assistant

Overview

An opportunity has arisen in our Retail team and we are looking for a Retail Assistant to join us at Bettys Cafe Tearooms in Bettys Northallerton. This is a part‑time role working a minimum of 12 hours over 2 days, which must include a weekend day. Shift times are staggered throughout the day and may include early mornings or later finishes.

Provide the highest level of service to deliver a deliciously magical experience for every customer. Work at pace, communicate effectively, and work well with others as we rely on our strong team ethic to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service.

• Keen interest in customer service and ability to work at pace.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Desire to learn products and share knowledge and enthusiasm with customers.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment and knowledge of food safety and health & safety procedures is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
