North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre is hiring an Advice Trainee to learn all aspects of their service and provide high quality advice on debt, welfare rights, employment, housing and family issues. Advice is delivered mainly by phone, with support via email and in person, and trainees typically become proficient within 12–18 months.
The successful applicant will bring a positive attitude, good IT and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
