Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,877.80 – £32,090 per annum

About the RoleAs a Recovery Coordinator you will provide 1:1 support for service users, from brief interventions through to structured treatment, including group work. You’ll take a holistic whole‑person approach, ensuring that each service user’s care package encompasses all areas of wellbeing and supports them to achieve the best outcomes and safe reintegration into the community.
What You’ll Do- Manage a reduced caseload appropriate to part‑time hours, devise, implement and review recovery plans and treatment.
- Conduct triage/screening assessments and comprehensive assessments with service users.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to undertake shared assessments and interventions, supporting service user progression from engagement to self‑sustained recovery.
- Facilitate service user access to treatment and community resources to increase recovery capital and social connections.
- Use the online case management system, Systm One, to manage recovery planning, safeguarding and risk management processes.
- Experience holding a caseload.
- Knowledge and/or experience of substance misuse.
- Experience supporting vulnerable people affected by alcohol and/or drug use.
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care.
- 27 days’ annual leave rising to 32 after 1 year (plus bank holidays).
