The role involves:
Managing a caseload of participants and providing tailored one-to-one support
Identifying individual needs, barriers and aspirations through assessment and action planning
Building positive and supportive relationships to encourage engagement and participation

Encouraging participants to take ownership of their future plans and personal development
Monitoring progress and implementing support strategies to maximise positive outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and case notes using internal CRM systems
Working collaboratively with probation services, partners and stakeholders to support successful rehabilitation
You'll need:
Experience working with offenders, vulnerable adults or individuals facing multiple barriers to progression
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience providing one-to-one support, coaching, mentoring or guidance
Confidence delivering group sessions, workshops or learning activities
The ability to motivate, engage and inspire participants from diverse backgrounds
Experience working towards targets and performance outcomes
Good IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and case management documentation
A strong understanding of offender rehabilitation, desistance theory or related support services
Knowledge of probation, prison or community-based support environments would be advantageous
An Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification and/or teaching qualification would be desirable
A proactive, organised and empathetic approach with a genuine passion for supporting people to achieve positive change
