HGV Class 2 Driver​/Class 1

CTRG are looking for a Class 2 driver that can also drive Class 1, based in Northallerton

Location: Northallerton

Pay Rate: £19.21 to £27.68

Job Type: Ongoing work both full time and adhoc available, holiday cover

Shifts: AM shifts

CTRG Limited is hiring experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to support our client, in doing a mixture of Multidrop and Trunking work delivering telephone communication items on pallets and boxes.

You’ll need to be comfortable with navigating remote depots and being responsible to unload when required.

Candidates will also need a Class 1 license, as you may be asked to drive Class 1 occassionally.

• Days £19.21
• Overtime £26.19 (after 37.5 hrs)

• Days £20.30
• Overtime £27.68 (after 37.5 hrs)

• Valid UK C (Class
  2) Licence with minimum 2 years experience
• Valid UK C+E (Class
  1) License with minimum 2 years experience
• DCPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph
• Understanding of Driver's Hours & Working Time Directive
• Ability to complete vehicle safety checks and report defects
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
