Tax Preparer​/Enrolled Agent

We are currently hiring Tax Preparers / Enrolled Agents to support our expanding practice. In this role, you will prepare and review individual and business tax returns, advise clients on tax planning strategies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local individual and business tax returns
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Communicate with clients regarding tax documentation, questions, and concerns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements
• Assist with audits, IRS or state correspondence, and related matters
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service

• Enrolled Agent (EA) designation preferred but not required; CPA is a plus
• Proven experience in tax preparation, preferably in a public accounting or tax services environment
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (13 Saturdays total)

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• East Longmeadow, MA & Northampton, MA (positions available in both locations)
