• 3+ years of automotive service technician experience
• Diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair expertise
• State inspection certification required
• ASE certification recommended
• Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment
• Capable of learning new technologies and service procedures
• Strong computer skills
• Extraordinary work ethic in a fast‑paced environment
• Clean, valid driver’s license

• Execute repairs specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership processes
• Perform test drives and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle systems
• Maintain and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air‑conditioning systems
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed service and estimate repair time
• Repair warranty work to manufacturer specifications
