The RoleThe Foster Care Case Worker is a full-time position located at the North Hampton site, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The Foster Care Caseworker is responsible for providing weekly face-to-face contact with clients, ensuring proper medication administration, and managing medical and dental visit documentation. The Case Worker will handle emergency situations, maintain client records, and ensure all documentation is up to date in Virtual Gateway and ETO systems.
The key responsibilities also include coordinating placement meetings, maintaining a social work and mental health license, and participating in on‑call coverage. The role requires professionalism, adherence to policies, and participation in supervision and departmental meetings.
- A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Must have a valid driver’s license without restrictions and have reliable transportation.
- Experience working in child and family serving systems.
