Anesthesiologist, Northampton, MA

Overview

Mass General Brigham seeks to recruit full-time anesthesiologists to join its physician practice at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Incumbents will join a close-knit and collaborative team of clinicians (MDs and CRNAs) providing anesthesia services for inpatient and outpatient procedures across 6 operating rooms, multiple endoscopy locations, and on the obstetric floor. These services include General Surgery, Orthopedics with an abundant use of regional anesthesia, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, healthy pediatrics, endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Obstetrics, and Urology.

The qualified individual will have strong connections and opportunities for collaboration within the academic and community practice network of Mass General Brigham Enterprise Anesthesiology. Candidates should have an MD or DO degree, accreditation training in Anesthesiology and be Board certified or Board eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing safe and compassionate patient care, and an ability to work successfully in a multi-disciplinary team are essential qualities.

As a member of the Mass General Brigham family, incumbents will receive a competitive compensation and benefits package, valued up to $540k. Sign-on bonus and as well as incentive opportunities are available on top. Benefits include (not a comprehensive list):
