The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $600,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

We’re particularly interested in fellowship-trained candidates in Sports Medicine, or those with a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in this field. ** What You’ll Do
*** Join a well-established orthopedic team, with a focus on sports medicine and musculoskeletal care.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
* Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:5, contributing to a collaborative on-call system.
* Provide high-quality care for patients through both surgical and non-surgical approaches, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes.
* Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
* Work across multiple locations, including our West Hatfield office with onsite radiology, therapy, and a wellness center, as well as outpatient access in Amherst and Greenfield.
