Part-Time Nocturnist Hospitalist Opportunity in Northampton, MA
Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Part‑Time (0.5 FTE)
Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA.
Salary range: $177,000 to $187,688 annually. Compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and other factors. Additional benefits include comprehensive coverage, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage.
Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or related specialty.
- Minimum of 5 years post‑residency clinical experience.
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to provide overnight inpatient care.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Provide overnight inpatient care for adult patients.
- Collaborate with daytime hospitalist teams for seamless transitions.
- Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols.
- Make a meaningful impact on quality care during the critical overnight hours.
- Work six (6) shifts per month, 7:00 pm–7:00 am.
