Anesthesiologist

Join a collaborative community-based anesthesiology team providing high-quality care across multiple settings, including operating rooms, endoscopy, and obstetrics. The role is suited for both experienced anesthesiologists and residents completing training. Responsibilities include delivering safe, compassionate anesthesia care within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining strong patient relationships.

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

• Providing anesthesia across six operating rooms and other clinical areas
• Participating in call shifts, including home and onsite responsibilities
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety

• Base salary between $545k-$555k, with potential to earn additional incentives
• Sign-on bonus of $75k
• Benefits including 10 weeks off, subsidized health plans, paid family leave, professional expense allowance, retirement contributions, and relocation incentives
• Eligible for PSLF program
