Job Title: Associate, Manufacturing Engineering

Job Location: Northhampton, MA

Salary Range (Massachusetts): $72,000.00 – $

Job Description:

• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects.
• Design, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
• Interface with engineering to coordinate the release of new products.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
