Northampton Lashes is a luxury lash and beauty studio known for high standards, consistency, and exceptional client care. We are a growing studio focused on professionalism, education, and long‑term career development — not quick turnover or rushed services.

We're currently looking for two part‑time Lash Artists to join our team as we continue to expand.

This role is ideal for a motivated, reliable artist who thrives in a structured environment and wants consistency in their schedule and income. Unlike commission‑only salons, we operate on a hybrid pay model that provides both stability and growth opportunity.

• Hourly base pay during scheduled shifts
• Plus commission on all services performed

This structure ensures you are paid for your time while also rewarding productivity and skill.

Team members are scheduled in set work blocks, such as:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Schedules are created in advance to provide consistency and allow for proper client booking.

• Providing high‑quality lash services with attention to detail
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of your station and tools
• Preparing for appointments and restocking supplies
• Assisting with studio upkeep and organization
• Supporting client experience and retention
• Participating in continued education and skill development

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist (required)
• Professional, punctual, and reliable
