Dietary Aide – Northampton, MA

Join the Care One Culinary Arts team to create meals that delight residents in a healthy and enjoyable dining experience. As a Dietary Aide, you will support the Nutrition Service Director in all dietary functions and help deliver personalized menu options and tableside cooking.

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving following approved procedures.
• Support menu planning and special dietary requests under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow infection control, food safety, and quality standards.

• Experience in long‑term care preferred; willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

$15.25 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience, credentials, and schedule).
