Direct Care Professionals at Nonotuck Resource Associates provide leadership in implementing the organization's values and key principles to deliver high-quality support to individuals. This role involves understanding the unique strengths and needs of each person supported, assisting in goal development, and supporting the individual's community-based daytime life.

Nonotuck Resource Associates () is a community-based agency providing residential services to people with disabilities since 1972. Just shy of 1,200 people receive Caregiving with Love in either Shared Living or Adult Family Care. Each person is surrounded by loving, dedicated, experienced and compassionate team members who provide values-based services driven by personal preference, community inclusion, and the goal of a diversity of freely given relationships.
