Permanent Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide quality rehabilitation services and help patients improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
- Promote safe movement, independence, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current PT license as required by the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
