Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused technician to help deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers.

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including those with experience in fast-paced, client-facing or customer service environments. No prior TMS experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

This is an onsite full-time, Monday-Friday position with 8-hour shifts that will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

  • Location: Primarily based in our Northampton center, this role will be asked to cover other areas centers as needed.
    Reliable personal transportation is required.
Your Role:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification,
    combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles. Stable and consistent work history.
  • Technical & Clinical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (AdvancedMD and Sales Force are preferred but not required). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel between clinic locations as needed to meet business and operational needs.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
