Responsibilities
  • You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.
  • You enjoy helping lead the brigade to produce high quality dishes that are prepared and presented with pride and precision.
  • You will help manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly.
  • You will support the Kitchen Manager with ensuring the Line Chefs are trained on new menus and comply with all operating standards.
